What is myhi?

myhi is a subscription service for people who love to indulge in high-end beauty products but don’t want to pay premium prices.

Each hand-picked beauty box contains up to £150 worth of full-size luxury products delivered to your door for as little as £35.

How much does a myhi subscription cost?

There are two ways to pay:

Quarterly: £35 every three months
Annually: £120 every 12 months (the cheapest way to get your fix)

Postage is free for UK based subscribers. If you’re purchasing an Individual Box, shipping costs apply.

For European subscribers, shipping is £21 per box for quarterly subscriptions or £84 for all boxes if you pay annually.

Do I have to re-order my package every 3 months?

No, your subscription is automatically renewed until you decide to cancel.

How can I cancel?

If you decide to cancel your myhi subscription, simply email subscriptions@myhi.co.uk and tell us you’re leaving.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

What happens if I opt-out of the annual subscription?

Opting out of a 12-month subscription will end your subscription immediately and you’ll no longer receive myhi boxes.

To get the most value out of the annual subscription, it’s best to cancel once you’ve received all four boxes.

Please email subscriptions@myhi.co.uk at least 2 weeks before your subscription is due to renew.

When will I receive my myhi Box?

We’ll ship your first box within five working days of you subscribing. After this, we’ll ship your following boxes on the 15th day every 3 months.

It usually takes 3-5 working days from when the box leaves our warehouse.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

My box has arrived damaged

If your myhi box has arrived damaged, please contact info@myhi.co.uk and we’ll do everything we can to fix it for you.

My box is missing something

If something is missing from your myhi box, please contact info@myhi.co.uk and we’ll do everything we can to fix it for you.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment method is declined, our system will try again for 5 consecutive days before cancelling the order. You’ll receive your myhi box as normal once it’s gone through.

When is my next payment due?

Just email subscriptions@myhi.co.uk and we’ll check this for you.

What payment options are there?

You can pay by credit/debit card. Credit and debit card payments are securely handled by our trusted supplier Stripe.
